When Android zero–touch deployment feature was announced by Google, Samsung devices had been excluded from this program, You think this is a problem for Samsung? Not really, because they’d already developed a similar solution called Knox. The auto-enrollment feature for your EMM environment can be called the most exciting feature here.

So how do you deploy with Knox?

Devices that are intended to be used like Apple DEP and Android Corporate need to be purchased from distributors with the authority to sell Knox solutions.

• Buy devices from authorized vendors.
• Set Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Policies.
• Your device will automatically register (EMM) and apply policies.

Unlike the Android Zero-Touch Deployment, you don’t need to enter your IMEI and serial numbers on the portal. This process is carried out by Knox Deployment Program Resellers on your behalf. It’s just a way to distribute the devices not even unpacking.
